We are going to Moab UT for our second annual Night Photo in Moab outing! This class will begin the week before in our studio with a lecture and slideshow on night photography by Chris James, Denver's night photographer emeritus. After the lecture we will discuss the details of the outing, including lodging arrangements and possible carpools. The outing itself will leave on Friday, April 24th. We will spend this moonless weekend in the amazing scenery of Moab UT. The unique rock formations give a new dimension to day and night photography. We guarntee you will go home with several amazing photos! Finally, there will be a combined critique evening between this class and our two other night photo classes this spring. At the critique, you will be invited to share your photos and experiences with your new aquaintences.

We will spend the night camping out in a group location, some food provided. You will also have the option to reserve a room at a local commercial lodging location if you prefer.

All formats are encouraged, including digital and film (35mm, medium and large format). A limited number of 4x5 cameras are available at for a modest loan fee.

Under Chris James' masterful supervision, spectacular photographs are virtually guaranteed for participating photographers of all skill levels.

If you would like to go on the Elitches outing as well as Moab, you can take both for $370 total.
